Donor Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern subscriptions and pledge-based donations processed through StatRaiser. By making a pledge or enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the policies below.
  • Subscription & Billing Policies
    Automatic Subscriptions

    All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew at the start of each billing cycle. By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method as they align with current and future fundraising campaigns you have chosen to support. To avoid charges for the following month, subscriptions must be canceled prior to the renewal date.

    Varying Withdrawal Amounts

    The monthly withdrawal amount associated with your subscription may vary. StatRaiser operates on a stat-based fundraising model, meaning charges are calculated based on verified team performance and recorded activity. While estimated costs are projected using historical performance and current expectations, final monthly totals cannot be determined until competitions occur and official statistics are posted. It is never our intention to overcharge or surprise supporters, and all charges are calculated transparently using confirmed, official performance data only.

    Unsubscribe Policy

    You may cancel your subscription at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in your receipt email. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds or partial-month credits are issued for unused time.

    Refunds & Chargebacks

    All pledge charges and subscription payments are considered final once processed. Because donations are fulfilled based on verified statistical performance and recorded in real time, refunds, reversals, or chargebacks are not provided except where required by law. Initiating a chargeback may result in suspension or termination of participation in future StatRaiser campaigns.

    Overdraft Notice

    If your selected payment method results in an overdraft or insufficient-funds fee due to subscription billing, StatRaiser is not responsible for any charges, penalties, or fees assessed by your bank or financial institution. Supporters are responsible for ensuring adequate funds are available at the time of billing.

  • Data, Stats & Campaign Policies
    Stat Submission & Accuracy

    All statistics used for fundraising calculations are sourced from publicly available websites or provided and certified by the participating school, team, or club. StatRaiser does not generate, edit, or independently verify statistical data and is not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, or revisions made by the official data source.

    Changes to Statistics

    While it is uncommon for statistics to change after submission, revisions may occasionally occur. When official updates are reflected at the primary data source, StatRaiser will make reasonable efforts to update fundraising calculations accordingly. StatRaiser is not liable for discrepancies resulting from delayed, corrected, or retroactively edited statistics.

    Campaign Modifications

    Fundraising campaigns may be modified, suspended, or concluded early due to schedule changes, weather conditions, injuries, cancellations, or organizational decisions made by participating schools, teams, or clubs. In such cases, only verified statistics recorded prior to the campaign’s conclusion will be used to fulfill pledges.

  • Use of Funds

    StatRaiser does not control, direct, or oversee how funds distributed to participating schools, teams, or clubs are used. All decisions regarding the allocation, management, and use of funds are made solely by the receiving organization. StatRaiser assumes no responsibility or liability for misuse, misapplication, or improper handling of funds after distribution.

  • Privacy Policy

    StatRaiser is committed to handling personal information responsibly and securely. Information provided through the platform—such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing details—is used solely for administering subscriptions, processing payments, and communicating about the programs you intentionally support. StatRaiser does not sell or share personal information and will never solicit you to support any organization you have not chosen. Communications are limited to receipts, campaign updates, and essential service notifications.

  • Authorization & Eligibility

    By making a pledge or enrolling in a subscription, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or otherwise have the legal authority to authorize charges to the selected payment method and enter into a binding financial commitment.

  • Changes to Terms

    StatRaiser reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in a subscription or pledge program constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of billing.
